What to Expect with Fall Practices:

The Fall padded practices will be focused on learning, developing, & improving required lacrosse skills/rules of the game to help prepare players to excel during the spring regular season. There is a strong emphasis on stick skills, such as ball handling with both hands, as well as passing, catching, shooting, & dodging techniques. We will also direct players through game-like situations with small, sided drills & scrimmaging to increase their understanding of the game.

Boys Equipment is recommended for full participation, but if you want to do stick only skills you are welcome to participate as well.

(You Must Provide Your Own Equipment): White Helmet (Color Recommended, not required), Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Gloves, Lacrosse Stick, Mouth guard, Cup, & Cleats.
